The docPointer Visual ReadMe 2.0 is owned by Tuukka Salonen and is protected by copyright laws and international software treaty provisions.

Tuukka Salonen grants to you a non-exclusive, royalty free right to make and use an unlimited number of copies of the docPointer Visual ReadMe 2.0, subject to the following conditions:

- Each copy of the docPointer Visual ReadMe 2.0 is a complete copy which must include this license agreement and all copyright notices appearing on the software.

The docPointer Visual ReadMe 2.0 is owned by Tuukka Salonen and is protected by copyright laws and international software treaty provisions.

Tuukka Salonen grants to you a non-exclusive, royalty free right to make and use an unlimited number of copies of the docPointer Visual ReadMe 2.0, subject to the following conditions:

- Each copy of the docPointer Visual ReadMe 2.0 is a complete copy which must include this license agreement and all copyright notices appearing on the software.

- Tuukka Salonen expressly prohibits the sale, rent, lease or loan of all or any part of the docPointer Visual ReadMe 2.0, and Tuukka Salonen does not accept any responsibility to third parties for any such unauthorized sale, rent, lease or loan.

- You may not provide commercial training sessions or commercial consultation of the docPointer Visual ReadMe without the prior written consent of Tuukka Salonen.

- Commercial training companies in Finland do not have any license to docPointer Visual ReadMe. Use and distribution is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of Tuukka Salonen.

Tuukka Salonen shall be entitled to revoke this license at any time in its sole discretion on notice to you or web site. In the event this licensed is revoked, you shall cease using the docPointer Visual ReadMe and you shall erase and destroy all copies of the docPointer Visual ReadMe in your possession or control.

Tuukka Salonen expressly disclaims any warranty for the docPointer Visual ReadMe. The docPointer Visual ReadMe and any related documentation is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The docPointer Visual ReadMe is used by you at your sole risk and may contain bugs, errors, problems, viruses or other limitations. Tuukka Salonen assumes no liability or responsibility for any such bugs, errors, problems, viruses or other limitations.

In no event shall Tuukka Salonen be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages whatsoever (whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tortuous action, resulting from any defect, error, omission or failure of the information and/or software supplied. This expressly includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of business profit, business interruption, loss of business information, loss of, or damage to, data files, programs or equipment, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use the docPointer Visual ReadMe 2.0 even if Tuukka Salonen has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Tuukka Salonen reserves the right to make changes to any and all parts of the docPointer Visual ReadMe, at any time, without obligation to notify any person or entity of such changes.

You may not reverse engineer, de-compile, or disassemble the docPointer Visual ReadMe.

Tuukka Salonen shall not be obliged to provide support or maintenance for the docPointer Visual ReadMe.

You shall not be entitled to assign or sub-license this agreement nor all or any of the rights and obligations hereunder without the prior written consent of Tuukka Salonen.
